What is a French Press?
This method has fallen out of popularity in recent years, but is still one of the most recognizable coffee vessels to the average drinker. Known for a robust and thick texture, the coarse grind on this coffee is steeped without a filter giving it an intense flavor and smooth mouth feel. When has anything food with “French” in the name ever been bad?

HOW TO BREW COFFEE WITH A FRENCH PRESS
Step 1: Fill kettle and turn it on to heat.
Step 2: Weigh your beans to 30g.
Step 3: Set your grinder to course and grind your beans.
Step 4: Add grounds to French Press.
Step 5: Bloom with ~60g of water for 30 seconds.
Step 6: Stir the bloom.
Step 7: Pour water up to 350g and stir again.
Step 8: Steep for ~4 minutes.
Step 9: Plunge the French Press, fill your cup and enjoy!
