HOW TO BREW COFFEE WITH A CHEMEX
Step 1: Fill kettle and turn it on to heat.
Step 2: Weigh your beans to 46g.
Step 3: Set your grinder to medium-course and grind your beans.
Step 4: Lay the 3-fold side of the filter over the Chemex spout.
Step 5: Add filter and wet, then discard the water.
Step 6: Add grounds to filter and shake to level.
Step 7: Bloom with ~100g of water for 45 seconds.
Step 8: Pour water in a circular motion up to 700g and let it draw down.
Step 9: The ideal time is between 3:00-4:00 minutes (drip times will vary based on grind size and water volume).
Step 10: Discard grounds, fill your cup and enjoy!
